Use these instructions to make a payment into our trust account only if you are:

  • paying the amount requested in your initial attorney client retainer agreement; or,
  • received a letter requesting a replenishment of your retainer balance.

  1. In the “Reference” field please include your full name (or full name of the client signing the attorney client retainer agreement) and the words “Trust Payment” or (i.e. “John Doe – Trust Payment”
  2. Complete the requested address and credit or debit card information in full.
  3. Enter a valid email address if you would like to receive a confirmation email with a receipt.

 


 

Invoice Payment/Monthly Statement

Use these instructions to make a payment into our general account only if you:

  • have received a monthly invoice/statement; and,
  • have the invoice number.

 

To pay your invoice/monthly statement use this link: https://secure.lawpay.com/pages/dietrichandassociates/operating

  1. In the “Reference” field please include the full name from the invoice received, which may be the clients name or an estate for probate matter. Also include your invoice number in this field. (i.e. “John Doe – 24567” or “The Estate of Jane Doe – 12345”)
  2. Complete the requested address and credit or debit card information in full.
  3. Enter a valid email address if you would like to receive a confirmation email with a receipt.
